We want you to understand how and why Walkie Labs collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our mobile application and services (collectively, the "Services") or when you otherwise interact with us or receive a communication from us.

By accessing the WalkieFleet mobile application you consent without reservations to provisions of this Privacy Policy.

We do not collect any personal information through application when you use the Services.
The Services are intended for use only by entities and organizations. The Services cannot be provided for personal or domestic needs.

When you access or use the WalkieFleet, it may also automatically collect information about you and your device.
This includes: IP Address; Media Access Control (MAC) address; device software platform, firmware and manufacturer; mobile phone carrier; geographical information, internet protocol ("IP") address and location.

All the information collected from the WalkieFleet mobile and dispatcher applications is not transferred to the Walkie Labs, but preserved in the storage of the WalkieFleet server owner.

We take measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We also enforce technical and administrative access controls to limit which of our employees have access to non-public personal information.

We store the information we collect for as long as it is necessary for the purpose(s) for which we originally collected it. We may retain certain information for legitimate business purposes or as required by law.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will let you know by revising the date at the top of the policy.
